The results of the Namekagon River Fish Habitat History Report will be forthcoming. Please check back for updates including fish species by era, a list of fish species currently found in the Namekagon River, and a target fish community for restoration. For now, we have included a table on the presence of native brook trout Salvelinus fontinalis and introduced brown trout Salmo trutta in the upper Namekagon River and its tributaries.
